When is your service due?
A service interval of every 12 months, or 15,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) should be followed based on Audi’s recommendation for Malaysia.
Here are two simple steps to check if your service is due:
1. A message will appear in the instrument cluster display 30 days before your service is due.
2. Alternatively, for vehicles with the Audi MMI system, you can check the remaining distance or time until the next service is due by selecting in the Infotainment system: the MENU button > Vehicle > left control button > Service & checks > Service intervals.

Audi Air-conditioning Service
We recommend that you have your air-conditioner serviced regularly to ensure that your air-conditioning system is running at maximum efficiency. Our Audi trained Technicians will drain and refill the unit and carry out a detailed inspection, to ensure your air conditioner performs at its best.
Regular service also protects from bacteria and odours build-up.
An air-conditioning service service consists of:
Draining and recharging the system Check hoses, filters, belts and connections
Testing the compressor and condenser
An ultrasonic anti-bacterial and odour treatment

Audi Conformity Check
Your parallel imported Audi vehicle can now have the same benefits as those who bought via official channels. The benefit includes a two-year warranty for parts replacement, topped with recall and workshop campaign services if applicable.
